An innocent young man is caught up in the storms of life, he is the reason with his sister realised how they need one another. This is after their pillar of strength, their mother, deceased after a short illness working as a maid in South Africa, Rustenburg. The bloodline is as strong as the collection of sticks, their grandmother defends them against their father who had abandoned them due to pleasures of life while it was still favourable for him to do so. Lesole learned and accepted that his mind is the only weapon that can change their life. He embarks on piece jobs just to sustain the living, he furthers his studies at The National University of Lesotho. As a young good looking man, he finds himself lusting for a lady who is passing by home one day. Due to low self-esteem and a confused mind, he opts in to dress the clothes that does not belong to him just to impress the lady. He understands well what ‘mantloane’ entails. Aunt Lecusa lands him a job, with a warm heart, he finds himself again playing a Samaritan over a lady who has no fare. He neglects all the items and customers in the shop for a while. Due to peer pressure and the driver of becoming a man, he gets a commission based job but only to find later that the company is not legalised to operate in the country. This leaves him with a huge toll of debts to pay back to his aunt. However;one day, he at the Bakery he works for believes his colleague for changing his life but later only to find his friend is not aware of the other friend’s true character.
This man works 24/7 to change his situation around with sister Lebeile. He does not let the past get into his head , he does not feel entitled to anything. As he spends most of his off-work days basking in the sun by the river is because he still believes the nature is too strong to resist and no problems can beat it. And he sees a brighter future every time he hears the sound of water droplets offshore the stone.
